Our team has established several precautionary measures that will help to ensure that we are being as safe as possible while we continue to offer top-quality service. We are carefully monitoring the situation as it evolves so that we can continue to abide by the recommendations laid out by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.

Steps We Are Taking to Flatten the Curve
Our team is going above and beyond to ensure that our employees, customers, and the community at large are kept as safe as possible during this time.
Some of the precautionary measures we are taking include:
Increased hygiene and sanitization protocols: All high-traffic objects and surfaces in our home base, work trucks, and our work area on your property will be regularly sanitized. Employees will wash their hands frequently for the CDC-recommended 20 seconds and will be equipped with disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer.
Keeping a safe distance: While we are always glad to meet new customers, the usual handshakes will have to be put on hold. All employees will work to maintain the recommended 6 feet of distance from other people.
Reinforcing employee care: Any employee who shows any symptoms of illness, no matter how mild, must not come in to work. They are asked to see a doctor, take the time they need to recover, and only return to work when they are cleared by a physician.
We know that this is a stressful and challenging time for people the world over, and we thank our customers for their continued understanding and patience as we go about implementing our new safety measures. It is extremely important to us that we be able to continue offering quality service even in the face of such impactful events. Though it is not currently clear how long we will need to keep to these safety measures, you can rest assured that we will communicate any changes as they occur.
